Stage Manager for Najberg Milne, Christine Russ is a Londoner whose early career included working for both the BBC and HMRC, but her first love has always been music (she is an accomplished pianist, oboist and singer) and drama. An outstanding graduate of the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in Cardiff and Gold Medallist at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, Christine worked as an actor and voice-over artist in theatre, television and radio while also rising up the corporate ladder at Wales’ commercial TV franchise, Harlech Television.

Returning to London in 1991, Christine became the Administrator for The Actors Institute, managing courses and an exhibition space, dealing with directors, theatre companies, students and The Actors Institute’s New York counterpart.

After adding to her skills by gaining an ITEC Diploma in Anatomy, Physiology and Body Massage, Christine worked for Camelot during the launch of the National Lottery. Her career then took her to a theatrical agency, a TV company, and a property investment and film production company.

As well as working with Najberg Milne, Christine runs her own company, Order Out Of Chaos, as a consultant on the organisation of domestic and business space.

I enjoy working for Najberg Milne because as a company it has very high professional standards, but the best part for me is watching people change and grow in confidence in such a short space of time. Being part of a team that enables that to happen gives me a real buzz.
