Owned by Lufthansa, Airplus is a financial company with offices all over the world. We started working with Airplus in the UK, and then with their senior team in Frankfurt. Since then we have run many workshops for them in the UK, Germany, Holland and Switzerland. Although everyone spoke the international business language of English, the question was whether we could work effectively with so many different nationalities simultaneously in the same room. As such clients as Mars, SAP Business Objects, Nestlé and Specsavers can also vouch, the answer is yes.
