In thirty-three years of work, including 20 years in a major corporation, Najberg Milne’s “Winning Hearts and Minds” was by far the best training I have ever received. In saying that, I am comparing it to a wide variety of in-house and external courses that I’ve done over the years – too many to remember to be honest – but including training in IT, management, negotiating skills, teaching, and quality systems, not to mention a previous presentation skills course.

“Winning Hearts and Minds” Part 1 was inspirational it took everybody on the course way beyond their own imagined limits. People made amazing improvements and left with new skills and a realisation that they can give great presentations. It is just a matter of hard work and good technique.

Part 2 deals with content. It is not as exciting as Part 1 but is even more challenging and useful. It teaches you how to capture your audience, win their respect and present them with your message. I have just done one presentation since the course and people, who I would never have expected to respond, talked to me enthusiastically about the ideas I presented.
