Winning Hearts and Minds is inspirational and exceptional training which succeeds – gently but firmly – in getting the best out of all the people who attend. Part 1 strengthened my inner confidence when presenting, improved my style and enabled me to ‘find a voice’ I never knew I had. Part 2 completely ripped apart the way we within our company produce our presentations and put it all back together again in a much improved version – so much so that I achieved all my presentation objectives half-way through a subsequent presentation, having used their methods to build it and having applied all of the Part 1 experience to present it.
