Just ask… Nestlé

At Nestlé’s research facility in Singen in Southern Germany they experiment with recipes and nutritional innovation, to be mass produced by the nearby factory. But Nestlé’s internal production managers were not obliged to implement the new recipes and nutritional findings into Nestle’s product range; they needed to be persuaded. For seven years we have worked with individuals from the Singen research laboratory on how best to present their innovative research internally, running our full “Winning Hearts and Minds” programme on site in Germany, with results that have successfully fed through into Nestle’s product range.
